Competition Analysis


The main competitors for Veen water in the luxury water market:
Bling H2O Elsenham Lauquen Karoo Finé Iskilde VOSS Fiji cloudjuice Fillico Evian


The products of those brands can be summerized into two categories. 

     1. Luxury and Jewelry

In this category, the water companies such as Bling H2O and Fillico are selling their water not only in the name of their water quality but also in the name of the design and the style of the bottle. This category is mainly targeting people who are really into fashion and also have the money to buy the level of luxury water, such as celebrities, stars and artists.

     2. Spring Purity& Natural Mineral

In this category, the remaining water companies, Elsenham, Lauquen, Karoo, Finé, Iskilde, VOSS, Fiji, cloudjuice, Evian, are selling their water in the form of artesian spring water and natural mineral water. Also, our company Veen water beloings to this category. These water companies all promote their water by using the natural impression of the water source. Moreover, the sources always have amazing stories and attracting features. Their target markets involve fancy hotels, exquisite restaurants, bars and night clubs. Obviously, they are targeting high-end customers.

  3. I forgot to add. It is important to identify what are the competitors that are in Saudi Arabia specifically and which ones are just competitors in other markets. This will help you when you have to decide with entry mode is going to be used by Veen water in Saudi Arabia. For example, if you guys are going to choose to import the water bottles through local distributors, you will have to rule out all the distributors who sell your direct competitors products.
